1. Overview
Welcome to Be Tight-Knit ("Be Tight-Knit," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand operated by Addison Endeavors LLC.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in any membership, discussion program, discussion series, forum, or other offering provided by Be Tight-Knit.
By accessing our website, submitting an application, purchasing a membership, or participating in any Be Tight-Knit offering, you agree to these Terms.
2. Discussion Programs & Memberships
Be Tight-Knit offers limited, application-based discussion programs centered around private discussions with Featured Experts and participation in a member forum.
Memberships are not subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
Each discussion program is time-bound and capacity-limited.
Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.
We may accept, decline, or waitlist applicants at our discretion.
Membership invitations may be withdrawn if payment is not received within the stated payment window.
Be Tight-Knit reserves the right to determine membership eligibility and group composition in its sole discretion.
3. Payments & Refunds
Membership access is granted only after full payment is received.
Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable.
If a discussion program is canceled by Be Tight-Knit before it begins, members will receive a refund or credit as determined by Be Tight-Knit.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for future offerings at any time.
Memberships may not be transferred, resold, or assigned without our prior written consent.
4. Discussion Programs
Participation in a Be Tight-Knit discussion program may include:
Access to a private member forum (such as Slack or a similar platform)
Participation in live virtual discussions (such as Zoom)
Communications, updates, and announcements
Additional materials or member benefits described in the applicable program
Participation in a discussion program provides access to a private discussion experience.
Participation in a discussion program does not guarantee any particular outcome, relationship, business opportunity, professional opportunity, or ongoing access to any Featured Expert.
While discussions are designed to encourage participation, Be Tight-Knit does not guarantee that every member will have an opportunity to ask questions or interact directly with a Featured Expert during every session.
5. Member Conduct
Be Tight-Knit is intended to foster thoughtful discussion, respectful participation, and meaningful engagement among members.
Members are expected to:
Treat Featured Experts, moderators, and fellow members with respect
Engage constructively and in good faith
Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment
Respect differing viewpoints and experiences
Follow moderator instructions during discussions and forum activities
Members may not:
Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
Use offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language
Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated commercial activities
Impersonate another individual
Disrupt discussions, sessions, or forum activities
Repeatedly dominate conversations in a manner that limits participation by others
Attempt to circumvent moderator decisions or participation guidelines
To protect the integrity of the experience, Be Tight-Knit may suspend or remove any member at any time for conduct that we determine is disruptive, inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
Removal from a discussion program for violations of these Terms will not result in a refund.
Be Tight-Knit reserves the right to deny participation in future programs to any individual previously removed from a Be Tight-Knit offering.
6. Member Forum
Discussion programs may utilize third-party platforms such as Slack to facilitate communication among members.
Members are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform used in connection with a discussion program.
Members may be required to create a basic profile, including their name, in order to participate in the forum.
Information shared within the member forum may be visible to other members.
Members are responsible for the content they choose to share.
7. Live Discussions & Moderator Authority
Live discussions are moderated by Be Tight-Knit to ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Members are expected to maintain a reliable internet connection and functional audio and video equipment sufficient to participate in discussions.
Be Tight-Knit reserves the right to:
Manage speaking order
Mute participants when appropriate
Limit follow-up questions
Redirect discussions
Establish participation guidelines
Remove participants from a discussion when necessary to maintain the quality of the experience
Members agree to comply with reasonable instructions provided by moderators during live discussions.
8. Privacy of Discussions & Recordings
The value of Be Tight-Knit discussion programs is rooted in private, small-group discussion.
Members are expected to respect the private nature of discussions and the participation of fellow members.
Except as expressly authorized by Be Tight-Knit, members may not:
Record audio or video from discussions
Take screenshots intended for public distribution
Reproduce, publish, distribute, or retransmit discussions
Share private forum content outside the program
Publicly attribute comments made by Featured Experts or participants without permission
Unauthorized recording, distribution, or disclosure of program content may result in immediate removal without refund.
In limited circumstances, Be Tight-Knit may create temporary recordings for operational purposes, including providing access to members who were unable to attend a session. Any such recordings remain the property of Be Tight-Knit, may be made available to designated members, and may be removed at any time.
9. Featured Experts
Featured Experts are independent contributors and are not employees of Be Tight-Knit.
We do not guarantee any specific viewpoints, opinions, frequency of participation, responsiveness, or depth of engagement beyond what is described in the applicable program.
Schedules, session formats, and participation details may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Featured Experts may withdraw from a program due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond their control.
In such cases, Be Tight-Knit may reschedule, modify, substitute, or cancel the program at its discretion.
10. Scheduling & Program Changes
Discussion program schedules may be proposed, voted on, modified, postponed, rescheduled, or adjusted as reasonably necessary.
Be Tight-Knit reserves the right to modify session dates, times, platforms, formats, moderators, Featured Experts, and other program logistics when reasonably required.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to members.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Be Tight-Knit, including live discussions, recordings, written materials, branding, graphics, communications, and related materials, is owned by Be Tight-Knit or its respective rights holders and is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly permitted by Be Tight-Knit, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit such content.
12. Platform Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to access restricted areas of any platform or service
Interfere with the operation of the website, forum, or discussion program
Introduce malicious software or harmful code
Use any Be Tight-Knit platform for unlawful purposes
13. Disclaimer
Discussion programs are intended for educational, informational, and discussion purposes only.
Neither Be Tight-Knit nor any Featured Expert provides legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, psychological, professional, or other regulated advice through a discussion program.
Members are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information discussed during a program.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Tight-Knit and Addison Endeavors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, opportunity, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from participation in a discussion program or use of the website.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a discussion program shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for that program.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the website or participation in a discussion program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, a discussion program, or participation in a Be Tight-Knit offering shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
